²İİ®tv is actively broadening its scope with new initiatives to enhance diversity and nurture young talent within the financial markets. Recently, ²İİ®tv FMA launched several new Working Groups and Committees, highlighting a commitment to fostering a more inclusive and dynamic global finance community.
One of the flagship initiatives, the Women in Global Markets Committee (WiGMC), has been met with strong participation, bringing together over 30 members worldwide. This committee marks a significant step toward gender diversity, providing a platform to amplify women’s voices and contributions across the financial markets.
In alignment with its goal of nurturing young talent, ²İİ®tv FMA announced at its recent ²İİ®tv FMA Council meeting in Aqaba in Jordan the formation of a new committee focused on younger professionals. This upcoming Global Committee will create a unique network for early-career professionals in financial markets, supporting mentorship and career growth. ²İİ®tv FMA will soon invite National Associations to nominate candidates from their local networks to join this committee.
Additionally, ²İİ®tv National Associations in Switzerland, Denmark, and the UK have contributed inspiring proposals to support the “Next Generation†in finance.  For further details on these ideas and proposals, be sure to read the attached letter, which shares valuable recommendations for advancing these initiatives.
²İİ®tv FMA looks forward to collaborating with its global National Associations in advancing these initiatives, continuing its mission to support inclusive and forward-thinking practices across financial markets.
