Important News for all Participants in the FX Market.

The Global Foreign Exchange Committee (GFXC) has published the , following an extensive review process which included a consultation with local FX Committees across the globe and a consultation with a wide range of Market Participants through a public .

In this review, 5 principles (out of a total of 55) were updated with the objective of reinforcing the FX Global Code’s guidelines on FX Settlement Risk, as well as to enhance the transparency around certain types of FX transactions and on the usage of client-generated data on electronic trading platforms.

The GFXC has also published extended , for Liquidity Providers and Platforms, aimed at enhancing transparency and comparability across Market Participants on the use of FX data.

In addition, the Foreword section of the updated version of the FX Global Code now includes links highlighting official published by the GFXC since the Code was originally published in May 2017.
