We have expressed our congratulations to the Global Foreign Exchange Committee and will actively promote continued adherence to these important guidelines, as we believe they benefit all Market Participants in the FX Market.
Therefore, we are now pleased to inform you that as of today 29th January 2025, our ELAC Portal, for E-Learning, Attestation and Certification on Industry Codes, now incorporates the updated content of the FX Global Code that was recently published, following a comprehensive review by the ²İİ®tv FMA team of all Cases/Scenarios and Questions included in the ELAC Portal.
In our view, continuous education (both training and attestation) is essential for all Market Participants to adhere to the FX Global Code and implement its guidelines in their roles. As such, current and future users will be able to learn and assess their knowledge of the principles outlined in the updated version of the FX Global Code through our ELAC Portal, enabling them to carry out their functions with the highest ethical and professional standards of conduct in the FX Market.
